I still have a lot to learn. I have tried so many things; personal growth workshops, meditation, martial arts, therapy, yoga, drumming, gardening, reading. And I still struggle. How do I find happiness in my day to day life? How do I lessen the weight of all my responsibilities, find time for myself, and get to a place of peaceful energy?
That is the purpose of this site. By writing about the things I have started to learn I hope to refine them and figure out what works for me and what does not.
